This structured Lina Stein creation is the result of countless royal blue folds that are then individually sculpted into a circular fashion to be trimmed with teel and royal blue feathers and red cherries on the underside.
This design combination sits on a tall crown that is draped in a red vintage grosgrain fabric
It is lined with a hand-gathered lining.
She is worn centered over the forehead or tilted to the left side of the head and is secured with wired prongs and adjustable hat elastic.
