This Lina Stein workshop is ideal for those with experience in making straw/felt hats and fascinators.
Through a step-by-step process over the 3 days, you'll learn to block and cover one of the many stylish/vintage percher block with buckram and chosen fabric, plus make a complementary silk flower using French Flower Tools. Different ways to secure the hat to your head, such as hat elastic, wire prongs, and bandeau will also be discussed.
Suitable for any skill level.

• Learn the art of blocking using buckram as foundation and cover flawlessly with your fabric
